I must say, my guys KICKED ASS this week.. They cleaned a full 55 and older community that consisted of 72 homes, set up as 18 quads in 4 days!! Soft Washed every one, and also brought in additional work for walks and patios!!
This september, we are going back to Soft wash all of their dirty roofs!! Been a great season for us, I hope yours is too!!! The homeowners association really loved the idea of softwashing, and cant wait to have their roofs clean too!
18 houses a day per crew? please post pics sounds awesome
they are quads.. So its a block of containing 4 homes.. I'll get some measurements for you guys on monday so you can see what we did.. that way you can see how much was cleaned, and how fast.. here is a sky view

We have done 3 large jobs for property managers and HOA's this year. They have definitely helped out our bottom line. Last one was 93 townhouse ( exterior pressure washing) and pressure cleaning of all their concrete walks. Got that one done in 4 and a half days. Starting one tomorrow for just driveway concrete cleanings for another HOA and meeting with a PM today for another property. Small job on that one though. The big jobs are NICE!
How do you supply your water for projects like these? We recently did 26 units (also quads with a couple 3-plexes) that were 2 story with a few walkouts, in one day with 3 sprayers going. We rented a hydrant meter from the city only to find out the hydrant in the cul de sac was jacked up and we had to hook up over a block away.

in this township they dont offer hydrant meters.. the HOA notified the residents their water would be used... the guys just rotated where the supply was coming from for each quad... we also have tanks on the truck, so they can keep spraying while a hose is being moved..
