Starting off big and a little overwhelmed with the volume of info.

Man lift, tank, hose, pumps, nozzles are on their way.

Would  greatly appreciate some concise advise.

Metal shingle roof. Mild green /black only on some areas.  You can still see- for the most part-  paint.

What dilution of SH should I be applying. Apply and leave? Apply and rinse?  How much SH should I have on hand?

Eavestrough faces are grunge.  What steps to clean. Sourcing a good cleaner could be difficult. Are there home mixes? 

Blackened sidewalks, can you harness the roof runoff and use on the sidewalks.  

Sidewalks black- dilution ? Apply and leave? Apply and Rinse?

Any other tips totally appreciated.
