Hello Fellow RCIA members I am new to the Industry and wanted to make sure I am pricing my roof wash jobs properly. What does everyone charge for a 2000 sq foot home roof wash using chlorine and water as chemicals? What other roof cleaning chemicals do you all use besides chlorine and stuck up? I appreciate all your help.

Here in the Tampa area, a shingle roof cleaning on that size home will be from 375.00 to 450.00, depending on amount of landscaping, gutters or no gutters, etc, etc.
This has been said many times but I'll be the one to say it again. Charge what you market will bear. Meaning if you give estimates to ten roofs and don't clean any of them you're too high. If you clean all of them you're probably too low. What Chris charges in Tampa may or may not be what people will pay you in Jupiter. Chris has also been around for 20 years with lots of repeat customers and the word of mouth marketing so people perceive his value as being higher than joe shmoe the roof cleaner.

Yes! Prices we get in Tampa for cleaning roofs, may be meaningless in other places. Good Post !

Here in Fort Wayne we can charge a little higher. $600-$800 on the 2000sqft shingle. And that's my price. Competition most are even higher. But like they say " the Cowboys and Indians haven't come to rape the land yet." Only 4 roof cleaning company's in NE Indiana that I know of.

Inflation has hit everywhere, and the growth here has made traffic so bad it is hard to do a bunch of roof cleaning in florida, so prices have gone up.
You must charge enough to stay in business, so always price by the job, never by the hour! Cleaning tile roofs is always priced higher because they use way more chemicals, that cost money, and they also take at least twice the amount of time to clean them, vs a shingle roof.
