You betcha Mike. All of that info LOL
My post above was meant to be tongue in cheek although I'll admit it didn't convey that way (I'll add a smiley face to it). The point is, there are no right ways nor wrong way it comes to naming conventions. It has to do with what the business focuses on, or it's core competencies, marketing, branding etc.
Many people in this business are so adamant that 'their way is the only way, the RIGHT way', that they sometimes miss out on excellent opportunities. Dr. Covy's famous quote comes to mind "Seek first to understand, then to be understood".
Go get those solar panels bro. And good luck to you in 2014.

I get you Ted. I'm just angry over the weather. It setting me back and its hard to give people a solid date of completion.
So don't give them a projected date of completion. Let 'em float. The expectation needs to be set up front though. We have clients that have been waiting for weeks.

I agree, we tell them we are very busy, and we will get to them ASAP.
They all understand. I just want to knock them out because I am selling more jobs every day and I don't want to get to far behind because we have condos to clean as well. Right now its snowing and I am tired of winterizing my equipment every night.

It has rained the better part of the past 2 days here in Tampa. We have a 2000.00 Metal Roof Cleaning job we need to do, but we need to rent a manlift to do it, and need good weather.
