I'm torn, I enjoy the slower pace of winter (and spent an entire month at the beach!) but we're AMP'ed about what 2014 has in store us!

We are booked through March. Roof Cleaning Business started here in Houston Texas two weeks ago. Unfortunately I keep having to reschedule customers due to these numerous fronts we are getting from the North. They do not like it when they have to wait a month...

I really have to admit, I feel for all my fellow roof cleaners that live up North. I am not into the cold thing!

Fortunately for us, we have been steadily busy all winter cleaning roofs and doing a lot of pressure washing. Just like Marcus, we have had to reschedule a number of times because of bad weather but the calls keep coming. On average we do 2-3 jobs per day and we have already cleaned 2 big properties for HOA's this year. Our next 2 weeks are already filled and my wife started scheduling jobs for the third week in March. I think it may be time again to find another ground tech as it usually really starts ramping up around this month. Good luck to everyone of our northern brothers. I hope everyone gets slammed with plenty of work.

That's the thing. As soon as the weather breaks we will be so slammed with calls and work that our heads will be spinning so enjoy the time now and just make sure your ready to roll when it happens.

I feel for ya Hank! There has been too much cold weather this year and it kills business.

I am hoping to finish my new trailer that I have been working on since August 2012 this weekend. I have a 7800 sq ft tile roof and would rather clean it with a 1" AOD pump than my Pentaflex pump.

Yeah I'm over snow.. And I snowboard regularly.. but I want to get back to making money and racing my car lol. Atco is barely open.. I have a feeling march is going to be a cold one

No roof or exterior cleaning here for a while, still butt deep in snow ! Hope farmers almanac is wrong because they are predicting 30" of snow for March alone !
