So what are they using?

If you use a surface cleaner to clean a roof you shouldn't need shampoo.

S Hydroxide has been used to clean roofs for as long as I can remember. You spray it on, wait 30 minutes, and rinse it off.

The problem is, it takes pressure to get that stuff off the roof.

I saw one of their signs in my territory last summer. I went on their website and they do their best to smear the tried and true method of no pressure roof cleaning. I guess they have to as I suspect their prices are high.

They are just out trying to earn a living cleaning roofs, and I think many of their applicators may not know about our method of cleaning.
