$0.88 per to the mail box. Of course being cedar the cost is nothing given the service price. We average a 3 to 5 % percent quote request when we mail theses. We do small mailings about 200 at a time to cedar home owners in any given location.

We also most always get drive by quote requests while cleaning also. They have been a big benefit to our service.

Yes. We go into areas that have cedar. Get an idea if the roof would be a candidate for a cleaning take down the address and add them to our cedar database. Mostly when we are out cleaning or in the winter we go stay in a location for a few days and drive through the areas. A lot of time we call realtors and they tell us where there are cedar homes in there area. At present we have about 16,000 addresses for Iowa, Nebraska and Minnesota and some in the Kansas City area.

Yes, good idea, Realtors know!

So do roofers, but some will not tell you cause they want to sell a new cedar roof vs cleaning.

You may want to look into specialized mailing lists Bruce ? It may be possible to get cedar roof homes this way, maybe not ?
