OK people, hold on tight, real tight! Here is where you buy what is called Bleach Mask! 

Bleach Mask is where you get the stuff to cover up the small of Chlorine!

Bell Flavors and Fragrances has the stuff!

They are near Chicago in Northbrook, Illinois!

 

The stuff is called "Fresh and Clean Bleach Mask", but they also make one called "Fresh Bleach Mask"

They also have several other bleach masking scents you can buy DIRECT!

 

Why buy diluted Chit from a middleman, when you can get the pure and uncut stuff directly from the makers of this stuff.

 

Many have asked "Chris, with all you know about roof cleaning, why do you not sell chemicals and equipment, and make money, like everyone else is doing, off your discoveries" ?

 

Here is the reason why guys -  I want my roof cleaning advice to be forever untainted, based on the best information possible, and not based on what I sell!

I too was mighty surprised the info I posted here got so little attention, since I have been asked so many times, how to hide the smell of the roof cleaning chemicals we use.

 Yes! This is the whole idea of this stuff. Otherwise, we would simply dump any old fragrance into our mix.

This stuff is specially engineered to be long term compatible with Chlorine Bleach, meaning the SH that we all use.

If my memory serves me correctly, the fresh and clean bleach mask 6100905 worked best

I have been busy.  I dont always get the time to post but I always try to log on and read. I like this post about masking the scent. I have tried a few others and they did a decent job but Im looking for the best. I dont like bouncing back and forth with my mixes it confuses my guys.

 Here in Tampa, getting your roof cleaned is as common as getting grass cut, almost. Customers accept the smell (most do), so we have little need to hide the smell.

Still, I have used this stuff before, with good results, but it ain't cheap! 

Russ at Southside sells what is called " Lemon Aid". I was at a show in Des Moines and bought some. It does work good. I like it better for myself than the customer when I use SH, which is limited because of cleaning cedar.

Good heads up Chris, as I remember that was always a top question in the day, how to mask SH.
