 LOL, it was not all on the one tile roof! You can't see the separate detached oversized 3 car garage (3 cars and a golf cart), nor can you see the pavers we also did either.

We have had soap bubbles come up in a front yard after the gutter and downspout backed up with roof juice, it must have been blocked or disconnected midway to drain. No grass kill. Just bubbles. Roof juice is about dodging bullets of what we can't see sometimes.

go easy, mop works great, 2 swipes, keep some paint handy if you put too much pressure on it.

Call them up, there still answer phones and talk to you, a gallon is about 18.00, it will do about 2-3 jobs, no dilute, I used it on one job and was sold, but with old dirty gutters that have oxidation, the 3rd pass will take off a little paint. I have sh/dawn gutters 3 times not work, this is a carbon type cleaner, we were using AC coil cleaner, but it had to be hand applied. It made gutters look new, but who can wax gutters.

I purchased 5 gallons, 24 hr shipping, 80.00 plus 19.00 for shipping. 1 Gallon will do about 3-4 houses, or about 500 ft of gutters would be my guess.

We get 2.00 per ft to clean gutters, as we call it "restore gutters", 85% less than painting, we still sh/gain-dawn gutters for roof cleaning at most jobs at no charge, but we do a sample of this when we inspect roofs and it sells itself, like a roof cleaning demo.

We just sold a 300 ft gutter cleaning job for 599.00, the client and we were both happy with the results, little paint loss at the bottom edge, the red mop they sell really works well, better than a brush.

My take is to do a 150 ft of gutters is about 10.00 in cost.

I bought it at ace hardware last year, I have seen it in local paint store. I tryed it last year and it was that easy spray and wipe off. The mop looks great, does hurt any plants,shrubs or paint on home?
