Yep I'm stumped

My supplier of Sh is out of business and there is no where else around me that carries the SH in 5's. Local pool places sell singles for $7. I was thinking of trying the powdered pool shock. Any thoughts or suggestions on mixing this stuff to the right percentages.

Opie, your local pool suppliers sell SH at $7 per gallon??? Even Menards sells SH at $3.99 per gallon which is still way too high.

yeah the local pool store is crazy high. He can get the SH in 5's but its $40 bucks.

Stay AWAY from the powdered pool shock, it sucks for cleaning roofs! It can form a scale all over, as our Clyde demonstrates!
