 I swear Chuck, I am gonna Jack Up the price next year. Maybe not for RCIA Membership, but  for the Blogs! I see all kinds of our members paying considerable amounts of money, and joining various sites that promise them work, etc, ec, etc.

Some of them pay for "excursion" and "consulting fees" for buttwipes that can't even make it,  in the roof cleaning business! 

For 129.00, I give our members not only 1, but 2 page rank 3 roof cleaning related forums, unlimited 1 on 1 consulting with me, as well as the Roof Cleaning Blogs from hell, that always show up in their local search results.

It is a HUGE Mistake to believe that anyone is "going to get you work" Chuck.

The best way to get work is to show up in a google local roof cleaning search. 2 ways to do that - You can buy google adwords, or you can simply use the blogs we provide for our members on the new forum.

Heck, you don't even really need a website! Simply make blog posts for every search term, aimed at every area you service, and 
babysit" them ! By "babysit them"  I mean watch where these roof cleaning blogs you made appear in your local searches.

If they are already on the first page, like yours are, leave them alone! 

But, should they start to fall in the rankings, simply add a comment to them, and watch them climb back to the top again!

 Thanks Eric! You know, I make my living by cleaning roofs in Tampa, not here. The RCIA is a "labor of love" for me, and not my livelyhood. Thus, I have priced it very very reasonably, for all you get, and I Think that may be the "problem" ?

I have seen some members here pay 10 to 15 times the cost for roof cleaning training and consultation at other places, as they do here. Yet all many of them get is empty promises of "getting work", overpriced equipment, and total bullChit chemicals, most that do not work as claimed, and/or are totally not needed for roof cleaning or softwashing.

I feel I have a better plan. Train people on the best way to clean roofs, certify them, and then teach them how to dominate the Internet with a powerful SEO presence. 

Nothing against throwing rock flyers, or pounding on doors until your knuckles bleed, or spamming all your friends on Facebook, basically begging for roof cleaning work, but it is so much EASIER to simply answer the phone when it rings, from an Internet Roof Cleaning Blog Post, that sits on page one, in your local Google search 

Hell, I bet over 3/4 of our members have not even went to the top of this forums page, and visited the free Google+ Roof Cleaning Community I have created for everybody, to help their local SEO !

In fact, I see very few of our paid members over on the new forum at www.roofcleaninginstitute.org, despite the fact it is a Google Page Rank 3 dedicated roof cleaning forum, that will provide some good SEO Juice for them!

In fact, I see many of our guys wasting much time and effort on Facebook, that could be much better spent, as far as SEO goes.

Nearly All Facebook Links are NO FOLLOW, and that means they do not pass any link juice to your website! 

Oh well Eric, like they say, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink 

The smart roof cleaners, like yourself, and some others, are over blogging away on our new forum. 

Before their local competitors realize what is happening, it will be too late.

You will soon "OWN" Northern California for any Google roof cleaning search.

I wonder Eric, if our guys here do not realize that soon their local competitors will realize the SEO Power of these roof cleaning blogs, join the RCIA, and then do what I have been trying to tell these guys to do ?
