the total weight of the unit is under 300 lbs.. And is a 12 volt system.. I took of the actuators for modifacations... the proplems that im faceing are the weights at the pivot points..... But that is takeing care of... The slew drive is the key! but its $600. Gota do more roofs

It is GREAT that you are thinking 'outside the box', for it is only by doing so, that improvements to roof cleaning can be made!

I was once told, by several people, I would NEVER find a roof cleaning pump that would stand up to the chemicals!

Of course, that led to my discovery and use of the air pumps most of us take for granted now! Keep experimenting!

why not make a slew drive. Mount the gear to the pole, make a bracket to hold the worm gear and turn it with a crank handle. This thing gonna be mounted on the truck ? You could sit by it and slowly turn it.

Itlll fly... Just tuff to move forward.... My wife caught on. All the wasted money lol! Its good now ive been takeing care of her needs, playing the game.. You no how it it is wit a 40 year old woman... DAM MY BACK BE HURTEN! ............... Give me a week ill have the top stick going.. Then ill get the pedeastle mounted, Then the slew... May not make july dead line .... But by now all you guys know im not giving up at this point..... Im going 12 volt hydraulic & just ordered all of it ( had a good day) Should be here in 4 days....
