That search isn't very accurate, I went through and I actually had listings where it said I didn't

The ONLY Citations that matter to Google, are the ones with the address you used for your Google Local Listing.

IF you were listed at a different address or zip code, or sometimes even a different phone number, it can mess you up.

IF you have listings that are showing a different address the what is on your Google Local Listing, they will do you no good, and can actually hurt you!

In an effort to generate awareness we are sending out press releases to the local news media announcing the launch of our new website and additional releases will be sent documenting upcoming residential and commercial work. My web developer is doing this for us.

Press Releases are FREE. news and papers are always looking for info for fill-ins.

We are using a new supplier that says they do pump in or use chlorine gas in their SH, all I know that it is the very best cleaning SH we have ever used, heavy in density or feel. It smells much less, not like pool SH, no smell in bulk delivery tank.

On the smell note, we have been using the Lemon Aid cover up which works as advertised, adds 5 bucks to each job at 8oz, 4 is too weak. My only issue is cost. Adds 800 a year to my cost if we do the same number of jobs as last year. It does work and does not smell fake. Our crew likes it.

We are going to cut our product usage by slowing down. Might go to Gain. The snot seems to be working well.

New 7 inch gutter machine will be here next week, we make good margins on gutters, flashing and gutter guards. 3-4 bids per week and lot of them need roof cleaning. I would think that most roof cleaners could make an extra 10-20k per year and sub the work out. No cost other than a website and a little sales time. No gas for machine, no labor, no material, no vehicle, no hassle.

We have bid a bunch of awning cleaning. It pays the same as roof cleaning with no rig hassle.

Anyone going to hire salespeople, put out more flyers, advertise more, etc etc.

repeating what we did last year.. but advertising even more... uping customer service... staying debt free... thats about it... planning to have truck number two by mid summer or so... just need to secure better space for the business first.

We also grew our business relationships. hardscapers, roofers, landscape services... we refer to each other... so far everything is working.. the phone is already annoying... but a good annoying lol.
