5 year Spot-free Limited Warranty Katy Memorial Services, LLC will provide the necessary ser­vice to maintain a spot-free absence of dark molds and mildews from the client’s roof for a period of 24 months from the original date of cleaning. For years 3 through 5, Katy Memorial Services, LLC will treat whole or in part any areas of recurring dark molds or mildews with Katy Memorial Services, LLC paying the first 50% of the original quoted price before discounts.  An entire retreatment will be prorated against the original quoted price of the roof cleaning before discounts from the original date of cleaning. Katy Memorial Services, LLC reserves the right to courtesy treat small insignificant areas at the customer’s request at a time preferable to Katy Memorial Services, LLC’s scheduling. Katy Memorial Services, LLC also reserves the right to discontinue any and all courtesy treatments. This warranty covers shingle, concrete tile, clay tile, slate, asbestos and composite roofs that are of the proper pitch with no water pooling.  It is the cus­tomer’s responsibility to keep the roof free from debris, as well as tree limbs trimmed away at least eight feet from the roof surface. Green & Yellow Mustard Algae is not covered for retreatment as it can not be removed. This spot-free limited warranty is transferable to the new owner of the property.

 I am surprised you have not got yourself into trouble with that warranty Marcus. I think  roofs get dirty much faster here in Tampa. No way can you give 2 years on tile here.

Yes it has Chris.  I have roofs that I cleaned 19 years ago that stayed clean for more than 6 years.  The biggest problem that I have is when you have trees close to the roof.  The pollen & sap will cause it to get dirty sooner.  That is why I not that the trees must be 8 feet away from the roof surface.
