EDIT; Just looked closely at this unit. Notice the pic that shows the pull cord out of the cover. See the dent in cover?? Be willing to bet that is why they think motor is locked up, when in fact the cover is jammed againt fan blades on flywheel and won't allow recoil starter rope to rewind. For uneducated online buyers that will scare them away. Click on main picture and they will go full screen. Check it out.

Pretty much all we DO is clean roofs, and we do a LOT of Tile.
12 volt pumps like the Fat Boy and Flo Jet Pentaflex spray well, but have way too much run off on tile roofs, or when misting soffits.
When u put a smaller nozzle on them, they cycle and burn up.
If I lived up North, and did a lot of shingle roofs, they would be great.
But we all must use what is right, for US
With air I can adjust my nozzle down to a pee stream and spray all day with NO damage to any equipment. I ran a fatboy for 2 years and it worked fine except for it lost more power every year until it was down to about 15'. To each his own, but I'm stuck on air from now on.
