I'm not on the paid directory, don't really have a dog in this fight. Don't really care if they are shopping for referrals in Tallahassee. Kudos to their business success/acumen.

Hate to see the RCIA get another black eye, hate to see more members pissed off.

I hope Ugly has an answer, and soon. It is not fair for anybody that has paid to listed to not have their logo on the map, Let alone have one show up that belongs to a different company. I notice the map in Michigan where ugly IS LOCATED has the same thing. My logo has been pulled and replaced with Ulgy. Now that is a little unfair, because he advertises in my area also.

Just as a friendly reminder, NOBODY had their logo on the map. There was an RCIA emblem on every state and county that has a Certified Cleaner. Then, and NOW, when the location is clicked, it takes you to that members website. NOT Uglies. Whatever caused this, unknown at present, it is a blanket error and NOT directed at any specific company or person.

Please don't blow this out of proportion until the true facts are known. Does anybody truly believe this was done on purpose? Errors and mistakes do happen and go un-noticed, especially when you are busy and several things occupy your thoughts trying to get other problems corrected. Give them the benefit of the doubt, Please.

I've got to agree. There is really no reason for the "Ugly" logo to even be on that site. But then again the link posted is actually a page on the Ugly Shingles website. I know that was addressed before, but you can host multiple domains on a hosting plan without using your primary websites url in each website.

Gary they also claim that their company has cleaned over 100,000 roofs. That's a scam. At least we say the system we use cleaned so many roofs. They just say they cleaned them. Since they only been cleaning roofs since maybe late 2009 early 2010 that would be just a little more than 33,500 roofs per year. That's a lot.

It was good meeting you too Mike. No real problems getting home. The gps took us off the highway and down backroads past Rowan University. Saw some very nice homes along the way. I dropped the washer off at my mechanic last nite so he could look it over. Thanks again.

Perhaps you should re-read the statement on their website;

Our Certified "Soft-Wash" System has safely cleaned over100,000roofs!

We completely eradicate Mold (Black Streaks), Moss, Algae, Lichen & all other types of bacteria!

Come on Mike, let it rest until the true facts are presented. No need to start a war like last year over this kind of trivial BS.

Not a problem. All I'm asking is that everyone stop with the unfounded opinions/assumptions,complaints/falsehoods/personal opions/and all around BS, until the true facts are discovered. When the facts are presented and if all these claims are unfounded, I wonder if anyone is going to "man up" and apologize for their behavior?

Don't get me wrong. I am NOT taking their side. Just in the past this type thing has resulted in permanent damage to RCIA and numerous members and we don't need a repeat performance. OK ??

Exactly. You actually have to manually change the code. That just dosent happen on its own. I'm just saying smells fishy.
