I'm covered on insurance, I've got no height restrictions. 2M Policy through IB Greene. I pay through the nose for it, however.

Scope of this portion of contract involves cleaning the white brick portions of the hospital. No, it is not dirty, and never will be, as they clean it every year.

Have a 100 footer SP we used for the tricky areas! Luckily we were "borrowing" it from the GC. I'd rather pay 300/day than 900/day.

That actually brings up a good point. Each and every type of lift has it's time & Place! The big SPs are nice, but will dang sure chew Up landscape. The tow behinds can get in and out without plywood!!!!!.
