Chris, I know you are looking out for everyone's interest but may we do this if we wish to or is this going to be enforced? I don't want to break any rules.

 Yes, the only 2 links in the signatures IS going to be enforced! Google is on an anti spam crusade, and often, on a forum, the text in forum signatures EXCEEDS the text in posts!

Once a forum gets a reputation in the eyes of Google for being spammy, it is useless as a backlink! 

When forum signature text exceeds the text in a post, it triggers not only Google's Spam filters, but duplicate content as well!

We have BIG plans for this forum, let's not ruin it.
