Since the previous email with a PM seemed to work so Good!
I sent this email to another PM.

I googled the adresses. They are both Townhomes.

Price is xxx for both. If that is ok we can get them done for you monday. Putting you ahead of already sold jobs. And we will take pics for you too.

I'm assuming I can come by the xxxxx realty office for payment?

Could you have the check already written?

Many times picking up a check there takes longer than doing the job, and I have to make so much money a day, called a bottom line. And I'll have my tech with me on the clock. Costing me money waiting for the check plus the windshield time to go and get the check.

I hope you understand and find this agreable.

Please let me know before Monday.

Mike is this going to someone you know? If I was a property manager and I received that email I would say thanks but no thanks. It is not there responsibility to cut you a check as soon as you get the project completed. They should schedule a walk around inspection and then per terms send the check whether its a 15 day,30 day or more. You let them decide if they want to pay after inspection. Lastly make sure you have a signed contract with payment terms.

I got 2-3 years with these guys. I should charge double for the time it takes to get a check.

If they dont agree to my terms from now on then screw them! I give them a discout, put them ahead of other already sold jobs. They have litterally taken 45 min to get a check. Take pics for them.

To have them come out to rentals walk around, go by and do a contract for gutter cleaning first. We have like 4 hours tied up to make a couple hundred bucks.

I have to make more than 50 bucks an hour.

I'm not being rude or anything negative so please dont take it that way. Just trimming off some BS customers.

Or they can play my way, and I keep a good botom line.

My quality is there.
