Here in the Poconos there are not many areas with natural gas. Therefore, most homeowners are forced to use propane for gas. My son, who is pictured below, is cleaning a 500 gallon tank with very weak/left over house wash mix. This mix was sitting in one of our tanks in the yard for over two weeks. It took 5 minutes to clean with the brush. A newer mix would have worked quicker I'm sure.

We are meeting with both the propane/tank suppliers to possibly service their tanks as well as offering it to Property Owners Associations. In many private gated communities here the propane suppliers own all the tanks and we can clean all the tanks in a particular community over the course of a day.

Just another upsell item for those that have these in their area or a seperate route just for servicing the tanks for the suppliers. Most are stored above ground in wooded/shaded areas and algae grows on them as well.
