Here is a back and forth e-mail with a recent customer after completion of a project and I just want to re-inforce the fact that low ballers and hacks will come and go but companies that offer top notch service will prosper! This was a 4,500 sf home and a detatched 4 car garage in the rear of the property which I call the "out building" in a neighborhood called Bobbin Brook. (very upscale homes). They are getting ready to sell and just want to spruce it up.
The quote was for a partial house wash on the second story dormers and stucco areas on the eves and soft wash the roof and stucco areas of the eaves of the out building. No before and afters pics because it was in pretty descent shape with just a few bad areas under trees and the results in my mind were not dramatic enough.
Here it is:

Hi (homeowner's name),
The job went as planned and hope you are pleased with the results. I’m not sure if you noticed but we added in a few extra’s because it didn’t take too much additional time/material. We went ahead with a complete house wash on three sides of the house (brick) and all four sides of the rear out building including the lattice. We had some extra solution and sprayed the moss growing on the asphalt by the out building and while we had the blower out for the roof, we blew off the pool area, driveway and walk ways. The moss in the rear should turn white and eventually, you should be able to blow it off with a leaf blower once dries and the roots detach from the asphalt.
Thank you for contacting us and if you have any other projects in the future, please feel free to give us a call.
Thank you for this email and the excellent job your crew did today. After getting home this evening I took a walk around the house and out building and couldn't be more satisfied! I appreciate the extra's you provided and the excellent communications you maintained with me before, during and after your services.
I've attempted to give an (excellent) review of your business but most places I can submit a review (yelp as an example) require a person to sign up to submit a review...your website requires a gmail account but I have yahoo...one way or another I will voice my support of your business and will provide your name/business to anyone looking for services you provide. Excellent job!!!
BTW, I've already submitted through PayPal my reimbursement. Thank you again. (homeowner's name)

(homeowner's name),
I just received a PayPal conformation and thank you. We always try to do a little more than expected because a happy customer and word of mouth can not compare to any advertising campaign.
As for leaving a comment, if you have a Google account, you can leave one there. Google is a powerhouse and can actually make or break a business. Good reviews on Google are worth their weight in gold. If at all possible, if you could leave one at the link below that would be fantastic but if not, your satisfaction with our service is good enough for us!
Ray that's fantastic, congratulations on a job well done and a satisfied customer. Sounds like they're going to be "raving fans" for you! Bobbin Brook is a great neighborhood to get your foot in. The neighbors there are a pretty tight knit group and pass around referral for trades people. You will very likely see more business from this account!
