As a rule, I only hand out roof cleaning leads to Certified Members. Think about it ?

Customers come her to find a CERTIFIED Roof Cleaner. The minute the RCIA starts handing out our leads to Non Certified Members, we are kind of saying Certification is not that important!

However, Brother Chuck Bergman and I are swamped, and so is Brother Larry Millette. I called our member down in Naples, and told hiim to contact Brother Bob of Ugly Shingles about this lead.

I called Chuck first then Chris only to find out everyone certified is swamped or too far away. All set with the follow up Chris, Yorkie -Simon is going to run the lead.

I have a new lead in Fort Myers Florida zip 33913... certified has first grabs... If not Simon its yours!

I have a 6000 sq ft tile roof, and a 3000 sq ft metal roof in Cape Coral to do for a property manager. My first choice was my good friend Chuck Bergman, but he does not cover down to cape coral florida.

So, I gave the lead to O'Malleys Roof Cleaning out of Naples FL.

This property manager called me up yesterday, and said she ONLY wanted a CERTIFIED ROOF CLEANER to do the work!

O'Malley is not yet RCIA Certified, but I think he can become one someday.

I just had another tile roof cleaning customer down in Cape Coral I sent to O'Malley just a few minutes ago.
