If set at 100 degrees and staying 6 inches away with air contact you prob. will be hitting the surface at 80? guestimate but that shouldnt warp the vinyl, 100 on contact may warp, seen many PVC boards like AZAK buckle at high temps near 100 just due to ambient heat or UV from the sun hitting the surface and heating it up.

Yea I'm going to start using it, in this colder weather. Heard stories of melting the siding, temp set too high!

I would go 100 Max on the the heat.

After it goes thru 200 ft of hose it will only be around 70

I tell my customers that me and the soaps do the cleaning and the water does the rinsing, no need for hot water there. But I think adding hot water may aid in a gutter mix to boost it a little as it's applied straight from a pump sprayer or dip brush, but as far as ds'ing a house wash mix, I don't think it aids much in siding cleaning. At some point you just have to stop and wait for Spring.

Since SH is included in the house wash mix. And SH is more effective at warmer temps. I think warmer water would help in house washing at lower temps?

Mike, I think it would be negligible if it was being applied ds'ing. Siding mold isn't near as hard to make disappear as roof mold, so temp isn't as much a factor anyhow.

I'm going to set the temp guage at 100 assuming it will cool down by the time it gets to the house. Tell ya what I find out!

Set your temp at 100-110 and you'll be fine. Using warm water while downstreaming on the 40 degree mornings will make a noticable differance.

Never used hot water or warm on any house wash. Never seemed to need it.

I use it so I'm not cold on a cold morning. Also it does speed up the house wash.
