I am a newbie here of course, but I want to say happy birthday. I am excited to have found the forum and am learning more each day. I plan on sticking around. From what I have read, you are quite the legend.
It's funny you say that about cold weather, because I was thinking about that today. Erie,PA weather is rough in the winter.
aS FAR AS THE "legend" goes, I am no smarter then anyone else here is. I have been doing pretty much one thing (roof cleaning) nearly 20 years. Even a blind Pig will find Corn, LOL
I want every RCIA Member to do well, and own their local markets. The price of your membership Includes free consultations with me.
I am here, when and IF you need my help. I do not sell equipment or chemicals, my advice is untainted.
Chris it is true that at times, I know its been difficult, but youve called out people and products for what they are. Have you been right everytime? Probably not, I don't really know. My point is you went with what your gut said with no Ulterior motive attached. Besides pwi, every other forum aims to solicit a service or product. I almost genuinely believe you do this because you love teaching people. And that says a lot because I am a skeptic a most times an A-hole. I dont think you were born to teach Ed Thompson to clean roofs, but it happened. It took my business to a point of freedom. I dont work at Walmart on the weekends to pick up the slack, and for that, I thank you.
Chris, happy B-day, having them is better than the alternative, every time I'm confronted with a challenge or an issue, I say to myself, how would Chris handle this, your experience, your ability and willingness to share will be your legacy to many of us.
I will have Skyline cheese coneys, heavy onions, to celebrate your b-day for lunch today.
Happy birthday Chris. Thanks for everything you have done for us. You have been a great help to many of us here. When I was first starting, you took the time to talk with me, and help me. And, you are there for all of us.

The honest truth is this ED, I do very much get off on helping people learn roof cleaning, and then become successful at it. It is true, I do make a little money off this place, but if I spent the same amount of my time on my business as I do here, I would make far far more.
So, you are correct, this is a "labor of love" for me.
Those of you guys up North, who had the vision to get into the cleaning of roofs, and "claim" your territory with blog posts, aimed at securing that territory, will be richly rewarded, one day soon.
I do keyword analyssis, and my research indicates that Mobile Search is HUGE, and will soon get even more so! You want to be sure your websites and Blogs are looking ok when you do a search on a cell phone!
Both Wordpress and Google Blogs have mobile compatability apps for them, be sure they are installed, and workin correctly, on your sites!
Mobile SeaRCHERS are simply typing in "roof cleaning 33511", so be absoluely SURE you have your bases covered for Zip Code Search!
