Hi Kyle,

In the lower left hand corner of your "dirty" roof picture, it looks like Tom pressure washed a small section of roof. That's not what we do, but I like the idea of getting company information in front of realtors. Thanks for sharing

Bruce, it was a test area. Trust me I did not pressure wash it.

We send a postcard or a flyer to every new listing in out MLS that has rood stains, we also offer a 10 minute education presentation to Realtor offices in person. WE have had success with HO's that are selling homes here and there.

Realtors referring you on a consistent basis will most likely take a little bit more effort that a email blast.

Underwater HO's are tough to get money out of when there is no to little equity in the property.

Try everything and when you get a few bites, just keep swinging.

Sorry, Tom...the lines looked so straight, I thought it was pressure washed. When we demo a roof, we spray the middle of the worst area. Nice pictures.......

Average postcard campaign response is 1-2 out of 1,000 sent.
Postage is expensive.

So the cost per lead was very low.
My average ticket is over 1,000.
So, if I execute...That would be about 10% advertising cost per sale.

I won't have to purchase the email list for the next email blast.

Low Quaility leads....maybe. Satisfied to get a response though.
