Not the most glamerous job but we've been scheduling them for October, trying to set up at least 5 a day which makes for a profitable day. Not only does it break up the monoteny of the roof cleaning/pressure washing, but there are residual benefits as well. When we do a great job on their gutters and leave them with a trifold that has our other services listed, who do you think they'll call next Spring when they want their siding washed before Mother's Day? We also push for annual maintence contracts, which gives us even more of an opportunity for an upsell.

 

All bullshittin aside, I've been so busy for the past three months that I can't come up fOr air. Finally tOok a little vacation up to north Carolina, which has literally been my first day off since july4! And nOw I'm up here and can't relax due to employee concerns and bullchit that's taking place back home. It's aggravating as hell!

 There is some. But it's not high.

 

What we are doing is putting those gutter cleans wit roof or house washings in that neighborhoood. To make an 8 hour day.

Cool. Now make the front end bounce up and down.

That is a great idea! Especially if your having other guys do the work.
