Just Found this.....It was in the inquire.

I agree somthing has to be done Mike, but what can you really do? The ad is out already....but I have an idea. I am willing to send $ 20.00{ alil more if nessacary } to help out a brother RCIA.....it could be anyone of us some day. So here it is....lets find the paper where it was listed and we all chip in to take out an ad informing those that he is not RCIA CERTIFIED so there for if he lied in his ad...bla bla bla. Then list CERTIFIED RCIA in those areas. Thats the way to get RCIA out there.....possibly every month just an ad in certain areas promoting RCIA members!

First, a cease and desist letter needs to be sent to him by certified mail, promising swift and severe legal action if he continues to use the RCI a certified logo.

Im putting the ball in gary and chris's court. If they do something then i will definetly commit 100% to the rcia to better this place and stand strong ground on the rcia certification. If nothing is done then i will not re new my certification and leave it at that. Im pretty pissed becuase i have already lost one job already and i dont want to loose more.

Yes dave westerman and elite roof cleaning and maybe one other person have had that on thier website or advertisement.

Well i did some more research and apparently this company was formerly Crystal Clean. Thier website was crystalcleannj.com. Do a search on google for roof cleaning ,sewell,nj and click on places on the left. There google listing is still up but the website is down. It looks like they did a groupon ad and really got burned. They have more bad reviews than most people have good. This might explain the low price and name change.

Just checked, sparkle clean does NOT appear in web searchs all the way to page 7. I also noted that Mike appears at the bottom of page 2, and Ed in the middle of page 3. Looks like the roof poo-poo guys are eating your alls lunch in search rankings. I will call them tomorrow, unless one of you local guys want to "ride by their house furious ".

I had this happen in my area too, Mike. I called the guy, after verifying with Gary that he was not certified and told him he needed to remove the logo from his site or I was going to report him to the BBB for false advertising, he's a member of the BBB. 2 days later it was gone from his site.
