Good luck in Florida, your website looks great with one caveat, you are displaying the RCIA "Certified"

http://www.alliedwindowcleaning.com/images/RCIA-logo.jpg

 while you only just became a premium member? who certified you?

Bob @ www.pressuretek.com gives great customer support. He's very accessible. Just dont say anything stupid or he'll yell at you. Quick affordable shipping. Very knowledgable.

Paul at www.powerwashstore.com goes out of his way. Young lad and hungry for business. A bit slower shipping. Great website chock full of products. He'll spend good phone time with you to figure out your direction.

Go to Craiglist for a used van, trailer, or hooker.

And I must compliment you on your business saavy.... What a unique idea, pressure washing and roof cleaning in Florida!

Seriously, good luck and please consider becoming a premium member. I'm not sure what area you moved from, but Florida prices tend to be a little lower than the National average due to the excessive competition.

I'm a couple of hours down the road from you in Tallahassee and will be happy to help if you ever have a need. Just give me a call or shoot me a message here on the forum.

thanks for the advice ill get in touch with them this week.
couple things i need translating being british...... whats a hooker in pressure washing terms? i thought they were just ladies of the night :)
maverick.... my web designer put the logo up i assumed that was ok when a premum member, however i do want to get some training and certification so whoever takes care of that perhaps could get in touch with me, no point in making silly mistakes when you can learn how to do it properly!
the area i just moved from is colchester england ive left my family at home while i launch the company ive got a circle of friends here ive known for 25 yrs who were stationed near my home with the USAF so the location decision was heart rather than head as i want good weather and fishing, im really looking to build the window cleaning as my main source of income but its better to offer a wider range of services to keep busy.
ive just sold my company in the uk so everything is on the line....... i promise not to be a low baller though

Jeff, Im sure you will do well here in America, hopefully take some business from lowballers with your professional approach. Share some of your window cleaning expertise with others in your/our markets and you should find plenty of people here to help you do well!

I was just trying to uphold the RCIA's integrity! too many hacks out there, you sound legit! good luck

 Jeff;

As far as certification, there is a thread on the home page about 3/4 of the way down that explains the requirements for certification (become a certified roof cleaner). Contact me if you need help.

Jeff... Ed was just kidding about the hookers! It just seems like Craigslist is where all of them advertise!
