I am looking to get into soft washing as a side business to the exterior painting that I do (not enough work for everyday) and am looking for a rig that is already set up and ready to go. I have worked with another company for the last 3 months to learn how to do the job the right way and now am looking to start getting everything I need so that next spring I can hit the ground running. What can you tell me about this trailer?
Bob as difficult as it may be for a first trailer, its best to build your own. Winter is around the corner so you'll have plenty of time to assemble. Pressure washing/roof cleaning trailers need regular maintenance, especially one thats not new. You'll gain some serious knowledge by building youre own. Otherwise you'll be dependent on someone to do it for you, and that could get expensive. Become a premium member and I promise you you'll get help from the members here on how to go about. I have 4 trucks that almost everyday needs some kind of maintenace, tweaking, or repair whether its quick connects, wiring, hoses, pumps, etc. If I didnt assemble these trucks myself I'd be stuck figuring out someone elses product.
Well put Ed! By the way did you find the "2 tanks pumps, battery, chemicals, hoses, 2 ladders, pressure washer. extension wands " you have been searching for?
Mike, hook up your unloader with quik connects. An unloader usually needs replacement at least 3 times in a normal life expectancy of a pressure washer machine. But when it does you'll surely be glad you made the $7 investment and be swapping it out in 5 minutes instead of an hour.
