Slander, yes but also the other one too. Did you read it? i thought it was funny when he used the mustard gas in world war 1. It is true and i always new it but them levals were threw the roof this guy is nuts!!!!
You mean libel or slander which is basically defamation of character. Yes i have read the article and i would think Chris would have a case just based on the misuse of information on this guys website. You right this guys is crazy becuase he must not realize he drinks chlorine evertime he turns on the faucet for a glass of water.
Warn him to remove it unless he has something to base his facts on! If he chooses not too, warn him with a defamation of Character lawsuit in which you will take his business and close him down! Chris, the ball is in your court if he has named you or your business specifically on the site and he's just trying to ruin your character or business!
Chris, especially if you get customers who are questioning you about your procedures! Ask them where they got their information from and if for some reason they say from this guy, get their sworn statement, get his information on his site before he changes it and you have a strong case against him. This would definitely classify itself as slander!
