no idea what you guys are talking about...never had any problems with electricity!

Always have customers water the chit out of all vegation and grass near the house the night before the cleaning, unless it rains that day.

Make sure all cars are out of the way, and Dogs are inside the house.

As an ex electrical engineer I have mentioned this before that SH is an electrolytic.  That means it conducts electricity.  If i gets in an outlet it will allow electricity to arc to ground.  That is what the hissing/popping sound is.  If a circuit breaker does not trip, the large amount of current that will pass will heat the wire to where the insulation will burn off.  If you spray a socket or electric box for a small period the electricity can travel up the SH stream to you.  It always travels the path of least resistance to ground.

I always tape exposed A/C receptacles & the tops of the receptacles so that it can not run down the wall into the receptacle. I do the same to door bells if Iam power washing the house.

Paint your SH tank metallic silver to reflect the suns light and reduce the temp in the tank which kills SH.  It also catches peoples eyes more than a plain white tank.
