This Killearn Estates home, located in Tallahassee, Florida was roofed with Hardi-Plank shingles. The house posed a couple of unique challenges. The severe pitch would be difficult to walk on a asphalt shingled roof, but when covered with 1/8 thick inch brittle concrete shingles it becomes impossible to access by foot.

The solution was to "rake" the substantial debris off the roof with an extension pole and then clean with a very aggressive solution (40%).

This house needed a rain rinse to really make the final results POP!
