Well I never thought in a million years I would ever get a call to clean a wood roof. Not hear in NH and Im starting to do some reading about it now. Any advice from members would be nice, or your experience with wood would be great.
I think Bruce Sullivan has alot of experience in that...........
Yes he does. But you guys ran him off here with conspiracy theories.
Come on he ran himself outta here he could have stayed but he made the chioce to leave on his own.
just use a very light sh mix and add some pine sol to it. When your done make sure you rinse. Thats what bruce does.
or you could use some S precarb with lite power washing and apply oxilic acid and rinse again. That is the way its supposed to be done.

I was thinking the same thing David.
Really? He did exactly what we did with the homeowner site. He could have stayed but he chose to leave. Honestly the way he does the cedar really isnt the correct way anyway.
Here we go! Dudes, no one spends thousands of dollars to build a forum for 'the love of roof cleaning'. The guy has an agenda. He would have been outa here regardless.

Where do you think the uglies got the idea? Mike, you seem to be a smart guy, you give good advice and you paid to be a member but what else have you done for the RCIA? You're in the middle of most of the drama here. A few months ago you called for Gary's resignation. When asked if you would step up and replace him you said no. Your drama caused us to lose a lot of good people from here. People who actually gave back.

Tom honestly between paying for the membership and giving advice what else is there to do. I own a really busy company and that was the reason i declined to take garys spot. I dont have the time like gary does to commit to something that takes 5 hrs + a night to a forum.
Who besides bruce did i supposedly run off. Im working with ron musgraves on something that will improve our industry. Also i am in communication with bill booze as well. As for kim she chose to leave on her own.
Lastly i have been here almost since the begining and have seen alot of people come and go for the same reasons bruce did. I have been a moderator and was also on the certification board when there was one. Tom what have u done for the rcia? Seriosly i like you but dont bring up things from over 6 months ago. If you remember correctly all i did was ask a question and nobody had a real answer so i pressed becuase i saw a problem that would be hurt the rcia. I call that helping the rcia.
Thanks for all the help. All of you who have posted here on this thread has helped me in one way or another and that is for not only this topic but for other topics as well. But to hy-jack a thread for an off topic subject use to be a big no-no. I will be honest and for some of you that know me I try to research and read 1st rather than post and ask a lot of questions. I put this post up I was in sort of a rush and I needed some quick answers for a subject I knew little about. I also put it in the shade because i had a fear that others may not share or it would be an issue. I call RCIA home for most of my posting or threads and I feel comfortable here but this has gone were I didnt want it to. I was just recently run off of another forum because a long standing member is my closest competition and I was banned. I dont want to have drama on my home court sp lets just please stay on the subject and not let this get out of hand. But really guys thanks for sharing with me I do appreciate it.
