She did not ask me to post this for her, I just took it upon myself to do so.
Hello All! We wish to thank all those whom offered their condolences upon hearing of the death of Rex's Father. Many of you witnessed Rex's pure exhaustion as he was up for sometimes 4 days straight without sleep, selflessly caring for his own Father suffering from severe dementia complicated by a hip fracture. The hip fracture disabled him at 92 years of age and confined him to a bed needing 24/7 around the clock supervision. Rex took 4 or more of the night shifts a week without weekends off or even a vacation and still managed to come in, make deliveries, answer his phone without discrimination 24/7 and be our In-House Pump Guru offering Technical help to those needing direction 24/7 for free. He and his Sister and little Brother cared for their Father for a few years because that is what you do for family!!! To know the personal history of the family, one would quickly realize that Rex should be in the running for Canonization.
We appreciate the many phone calls, emails, cards and flowers/plants sent to us. Lee may remember the very moment that we received the call notifying us of his death. I was on the phone with Lee while the call came in. I excused myself for a bit and regained my composure and called Lee back instead of going to visit him for the last time on earth. Yes, we all know that customer service calls.....at any time! I did not know at that time that there would be no funeral or final services per his last wishes.
We thank you for your patience. We emerge rested as we eagerly anticipate hearing from our beloved customers. We look forward to some exciting future changes in tailoring our products to provide only the best to our customers that depend on their equipment day after day.

May he rest in peace, I called there once a couple of yrs on a saturday. He gave me a quick fix to get a/c run off stain from shingles and it worked just fine. I have used it several times....in his memory I will call them a " rex stain " when ever I come across them!
Charlie, I think it was Rex's father that passed away, not Rex himself.
My prayers go out to the family. Living 92 years is something to be proud of, knowing you have family who loves and cares about you enough to stick by your side is something even more to be proud of.

Rex (Loris Dad) will "never die", he works too hard, and doesn't have time to die
It was Rex's Father who passed, sorry if I confused anyone.
Thanks Phil.....That's a big goof on me. May Lori's Grand father rest in peace. I will have to hold off on the " rex stain " . I'm glad Rex is still ok!
