The complaint was removed from Apple and re-filed on RCIA. Joe wants a refund and an apology. I just faxed 58 pages of forum pages, including the page where I offerd him a refund back in April. It is now in the Louisville office since I usually take care of BS like this. I'll be willing to bet it gets dismissed. I'll keep you posted.

Yes, please keep us posted. If I pay a cover charge to get in a Bar, and start a fight, the bouncers will remove me, and no refund will be given.
IF we gave refunds, people will join the forum, get our secrets, then demand a refund!
Spoke to the BBB yesterday to get an update. They have sent all 58 pages to Joe that I sent them. He has 10 days to respond. The BBB person said he doesn't expect a reply based on what he read on the pages. He said only a FOOL would try and pursue this any further. I guess we'll get a reply since we all know who we're dealing with.
Just to show how RCIA recognizes lies and fraud from the start. Read thru the following thread and check the dates. This is from his visit LAST year when he left after getting his azz kicked.
Stay strong and we'll defeat this type behavior. This appeared on page one of a search for citra-shield.
THE COMPLAINT FROM JOE IS RESOLVED. The BBB gave him 10 days to respond, and he didn't, just as I expected, so the BBB now shows on their site as : COMPANY ADDRESSED THE DISPUTED ISSUES AND THE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RESOLVED. This clown is a frigggin joke.
I guess this is what you sometimes get when you try and be nice to a competitor. It looks like Joe Macomber of The Clean Up Group was only here to make trouble ?
I ran into a customer once who was full of misinformation about our way of cleaning a roof. He was told that our cleaning methods will kill all his plants, and Citra Shield was more plant friendy.
I had to set him straight and explain to him that nearly 1/2 the posts on this Forum were dedicated to protecting our customers plants!
