Got a call on Thursday morning at 8:15. This customer had approved my bid for the second phase of cleaning of this structure the night before and wanted me to begin immediately....immediately as in that same day.
We weren't able to pull off a same day start, but the dedicated employees of Spray Wash Exterior cleaning all pulled together, shuffled schedules, and began cleaning on the day after the order came in. I'm really proud of my team right now!
This job was a nightmare for several reasons. It is a 24 hour campus, and the area's largest medical facility. On Friday, the first day of the cleaning, there was a faculty picnic in a pavillion adjoining this building. All day long, employees walk the sidewalks to the employee's parking lots, the ground is not level....etc. Oh...can't use chemicals on this building ( but I could use them on an adjacent garage...go figure). Just lots of factors that make this a very tough job!!!! Not to mention the completion deadline was Sunday, so job had to be done in 2.5 days.
Again Kudos to my team. I couldn't have pulled this off with such an awesome staff!
Very very nice Ray. The biggest challenge is trying to maneuver around and wash when there are people all around. Great job getting this pressure washing job completed.
Thanks for the comments! We should be doing the third phase of this building in June, hopefully!!!! Then we will move to the rigging/swing stage parts!
