Saw a post from APEX referencing a $100 roof job, and wanted to chime it.
These are photos from my last job of the day today. These awnings took a total of 45 minutes ( from pull into the parking lot to pulling out). I used the leftover mix form a day full of housewashing/roof cleanings. My guys were already off for the day so I did this job solo.
Point is, I know we toss around some big numbers here on the forum, but fact is that no one ever went broke from making a profit.
You won't smack a home-run every time you get up to bat, but if you hit enough singles, you will score. Don't be afraid to take on the smaller jobs...you never know where they may lead and they are a great way to learn!!!!
Hi Ray I`ve been asked to do 4 awnings like these but they`re orange ( and mold ) coloured and I`m crapping meself that I`m going to leave bleaching marks even with soaking??
