Gary, I'm glad this post came back up because it was in the back of my mind but meaning to ask you if it was still holding up. Question answered. How about the distance? Do you notice a big difference in distance than a ball valve w/ pressure washing tip (zero tip)?

Mine is still hoding up fine. Grease it up every week or so and still on the orginial set of O rings also.

 NO leaks, and I placed a brass ball valve on the hose end and screwed the nozzle into it. That way I have total control of the stream for distance and close up. Don't have to worry about a fan spray when you first start. Once you get used to it you'll know about how it will spray when you open the ball valve and then adjust the nozzle for your application. I LOVE it. GREAT nozzle.

I loved that nozzle, but I only washed about 4 roofs with it before I lost it! Haven't been able to bring myself to pay another $50 for a replacement. A less expensive brass or poly version would be nice.

Just got this from Barry. He had me send my nozzle back to him for evaluation ( he sent me a brand new one in exchange) so he could decide whether he could offer a lifetime warranty for chemical use to RCIA members. The answer is POSITIVE. See email below. Great way to start your 2014 season. Treat yourself!!!  Mine had almost 2 years use on it.

 Ditto!  I still do not have my new trailer finished after having bought the trailer in August 2012.  We have been too busy to finish it.  Maybe this Winter we can get it done.  It is getting a lot closer but a lot of design issues and hard work on top of keeping everything fixed on my other trailer and doing the work itself.  I am looking forward to trying it on my air pump as it would not be usable on a 12 V pump.

 Bronze has just as good chlorine resistance as stainless steel, and is one of the metals of choice for any roof cleaning application.
