I am putting a bid in for a county park that has a playground with lots of mold growing on the equipment. I called the playground equipment company and they told me I shouldn't use SH. I was thinking about just using hot water with the pressure washer. Does anybody know of any non-toxic chemicals that wont hurt the integrity of the equipment that I could use?
I'm in his territory I think and I dont really understand his product. If he would give some better responses to the inquiries about what he offers, it might be beneficial to both him and other roof cleaners.
Just as a technical point, I'd be wary of offering to "kill mold". Here in Florida, Mold Remediation is becoming a big business with it own separate license. We kill mildew and alage, and the mold dies too, but I don't advertise that service.
