We Love Cleaning Shingle Roofs. This was one that we did yesterday. It was just under 7000 sq ft and it took just over an hr to clean. Give me 3-4 of these a day and I would be a happy camper. I didn't even have to add any extra soap. We just used what was still in the tank from Fridays last Tile roof Cleaning job. She was a clinging!!!

Nice job Larry! I would just about give my left nut for a big 5/12 pitch job like that. We have had a few 7/12's that are just out of reach with the 5850 and have to Spider Man it up the valley to finish them. The new sneakers from Shoe's-For-Crews have made them MUCH easier to walk though!

We do mostly shingle here too, 3-4 is an easy breezy day of roof cleaning!

We do mostly asphalt shingles here too. Although lately, I have been getting calls for slate cleaning too. I've never done a tile roof....I may have to follow you around for a day Larry, when we head to FL for vacation in November. That is if my wife will let me work while on vacation! LOL

HA! Come on up to the Pacific Northwest where all the shingle roofs we treat are absolutely covered in moss and surrounded by trees. Moss is the official Washington State Plant and gutter cleaning is included in EVERY quote we do or the runoff would be all over the place. We dream of tile roofs with no moss on them!

If this was meant for me,,, the mix was aprox 60/40. The 40% being SH. One guy spraying, 2 people watering and me keeping the mix supplied, and keeping an eye out for people going i and out of the building. Normally we do commercial cleanings on the weekend but this place is full of activity 7 days a week. They said Monday would actually be the best day which is when we did it.
