You must mean the Alliance Center....Yeah that was a nightmare to clean the nicest office building on the busiest street in Tallahassee. There's a Subway, REGUS office, bank and ATM there, that seem like they never slow down, plus the building manager needed MSDS, contingency plans, and Architect approval of my cleaning methods prior to inception of the work.... Not to mention the upper FOUR FLOORS are full of high dollar business attorneys....

Nice rig for flat work

Larry, its been a really great year so far. If I could put a crew on a night to handle my pressure washing maintenance contracts, I'd be thrilled...right now I feel i'm working myself to death!

I know the feeling of working yourself to death. We have been slammed with both roof cleaning and pressure washing work. Although we don't do any night time work, I still wish I could have a reliable crew to take care of the bulk of the work without having to worry that its getting done correctly. I think this is a problem that many of us have. Doing just day work and mostly residential does however give us the opportunity to be able to play with the schedule a bit and at least give ourselves a break when we need it. Im a firm believer of working the business and not letting it work me. Problem is, even on the days where we try to relax, we don't. Lol... The phone still rings and quotes need to be given. Oh, the wonderful life of a business owner. Haha! I wouldn't have it any other way though.

We've taken on six WalMarts every two weeks, a weekly hospital account, and a smattering of other small nightly maintenance accounts, but still not enough for a full time night crew. Need to increase the night time work load to full time crew status to get that monkey off my back!

Nice job Ray! I know what you mean by working your self to death... I am working 6 days a week and can not keep up with it all. Spring Cleanup. Here are a couple of roofs & houses we cleaned last week.
