Thanks for the advise! It is a crazy request or odd at least to me and from a Property Manager and not a homeowner, Hope it is a great lead! will see. I told him I would have to look at it. Thanks

The one I saw at a customers had fine sand sprinkled over the top of the grass and then let it settle down in. So if it is the same you might blow all the sand out. No big deal they would just have to reapply.

Yes, that was a 30 % SH solution and surfactant. Then rinsed with an 8 gpm pump. Had to shovel off the piles of dead algae And sand every few minutes as they accumulated.
