I have to give a quote on some metal barn roofs. Not sure what kind of price to give. The sizes of the barns are: 

BUILDING 1 IS APPROX. 108 W X 490 L. BUILDING 2 IS APPROX. 108 W X 550 L, BUILDING 3 IS APPROX. 80 W. X 200 L. ALL AT ONE LOCATION.

they are 6-12 pitch, side walls are 10ft. Not much algae, but they are dirty. Not sure if I will need to scrub them. Problem is, if I price it like any other job, it comes out pretty high. But, Being as they are metal, I don't want to get stuck being there for 3 days cause the whole roof needs to be scrubbed.
