Yes just do not use pressure.

Asbestos siding is very durable!! It is only dangerous when it is Fri-able

I cleaned my own home which has painted asbestos siding, I diluted the mix way down with no problems.

You can use pressure, I've done hundreds of them with no problems. If you use a good mix you shouldn't need to much pressure.
