Man, I remember living in East Detroit. We would hit White Castle for food at 8 mile and Gratiot, then head on down to see Lake St Clair and Grosse Point.
There used to be a mansion in Grosse Pointe called the Garwood Mansion.
There were always big parties there after concerts at the Eastown Theatre.
Man, I miss the Detroit area sometimes. Is the Roostertail Restaurant still there, and Bob Lo Island ? I remember the Hydroplane Races on the river in the summer.
