I have a BW3 that wants me to quote cleaning their building and sidewalks.  I have done lots of concrete work and loads of houses but never dryvit exteriors.

Any of you guys give me some SH mix directions for that.  Also they have black awnings on the front of it which scare me of getting them spotted with SH.  Ideas for that?

Thanks Guys.

ALWAYS test a small spot of the awnings for color fastness. Do NOT assume they will be uneffected by the cleaning chemicals.

Then always wet the chit out of them, and keep them wet during the wall or roof cleaning process.

We "softwash" with a shingle roof strength cleaning mixture. Instead of diluting our roof cleaning chemical to softwash strength, we simply wet an area of the the building to be cleaned down with water first, then we spray.

By wetting the building down real good first, and then spraying it, you are diluting your mix w/o weakening the chemical in your tanks.

After we clean a house or a building, we may have a few roofs to do.

This way works great for us, and has for nearly 20 years.
