Mike, I would take that other tank for $150 if you lived closer. That's a great deal. I just priced out a 125 gal. at my local Tractor Supply Company and they wanted $325. I have to special order it because I was looking for one without a drain plug / fitting at the bottom. I prefer to have all the plumbing coming out of the top.

Also, if you decide to put a tank in the bed of your truck, make sure it's your water supply tank and not a SH holding tank. The SH could leak and eat your truck for lunch. Trailers are cheaper to replace than trucks. biggrin

Mike, is that a hose coming out of the side of the tank in the picture? If it's not an optical illusion, what are the benefits of that instead of going through the top?

Also, that was a good suggestion to put the tank in the bed of your truck. It would free up some room and solve your weight issue with the trailer.

I have a float valve that stops the water. I can turn a ball valve and add more water. If thats the one you are talking about. the other line going in the tank keeps the pump from over heating.

I use the bed of the truck for other stuff and always changing, so adding a tank to bed not an option.

150 for a 300 tank is a steal, and made me want to change everything around! lol!!! Just not gonna happpen this year.
