All I have done is post in the NH section, that is it. I hope this helps!
P.S. Incase some of you are wondering why I havent started cleaning roofs yet. Its because the snow on the roofs just melted yesterday!! Still have snow on the grass.

This is exactly what RCIA is all about. Knowledge, brotherhood and marketing power thru a group effort to control the web when it comes to roof cleaning. Exactly why everyone should be a certified premium member to benefit from the power of the RCIA.

I am going to move this post to the open section so all the guests can see for themselves why they need to join and grow with us and the industry.

RCIA best days are ahead, this HO called me on Wednesday, we presented on Thursday, and we are doing it tomorrow. Their agent has had the house on the market for 30 days, told them to get it cleaned. Market awareness is increasing every day. As a former Realtor, first impressions are lasting. We do educational presentations at realty office's as often as possible. We always get 1 job from the presentation, to get them believing, we offer 25% off on their personal homes.

I had a Realtor that had a buyer for a house, call the listing Realtor and told them that he can't get his buyer past the roof stains, told the agent to call us. The seller called and booked.

I rinse to get the best "immediate" curb appeal, Clean it to move it.

Ed, You have also been a member that has helped me and answered many of my questions and has openly answered my PMs. Besides the fact I laugh my ass off at allot of your replies. May favorite one is when you posted that you would Tape $100 dollar bill to the windshield and told you ground guy, If he does a good job and doest screw up , that he can have the $100 at the end of the day. But seriously, Ed thanks for answering my questions it has helped alot.
