I was talking to my supplier last week, and he told me SH will sit at 1 gallon for close to 6 months before it starts going doing in strength. Is that true? I will not have any sitting around that long. But, it makes me wonder, if he for some reason would lose some business and have the same stuff sitting there all summer, if I could some week SH?

I have had about 40 gallons left over every year sitting in my back yard. I don't notice a problem at all and I have used those 40 already this year jobs came out fine.

Maybe you could start usuing store bought bleach. After 4 months it has to be around 5-6%. Univar should know what they are talking aboutsmile

That is based off of one gallon. When you have a quantity of lets say 40-50 gallons it will yake longer for it to break down
