Hi fellas any tips on getting what seem to be oil stain drips/circles on a paver driveway also the homeowner wants me to re-seal the driveway??
is it worth doing or should I refer it out?
i have had really good results with zep purple and zep flash... it depends on how deep the oil stains are.. sometimes they just will not come out due to the pourus nature of concrete pavers..
you definitely need a HOT water pressure washer though.. nothing else will even come close to cleaning it.

that is back breaking work but i know you can make a pretty penny on a paver job.
oh yeah definatly can make good money... i was a foreman by 20 years old.. started my own gig by 24 though... just didnt want to lift another brick in my life. haha.. its good though because now all the landscape/hardscape companies i have relationships with refer me to clean and seal everything.. and they know if i see a patio that needs fixing, ill refer it back... on top of that, i can explain to the customer whats going wrong with their patio/pavers so they arent in shock when they get the price..
Call Doug Rucker and ask him how to accelerate the BT-200 cleaning action. I did several test areas on my driveway, and honestly cannot find the exact spot to take the after picture as it completely ate the oil out of the concrete.
I am continuing the testing procedure in a friends auto mechanic garage, so I will have the pictures to back the experiment soon.
I was really blown away by the overnight results after I used our surface cleaner on the driveway, and then followed up with Doug's suggestion.
